Fast Smack 'Em is of the Whack-A-Mole variety. Mean faces with fangs pop up and you click on them before they go way. Don't click the happy faces, as it will upset them. There are 4 skill levels and 4 speeds. Each skill level has 10 unique stages. Playing on "Ugly" with it set to Fast is VERY difficult.
